4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption of data in transit over TLS, encryption at rest for stored records, per-account access controls, and two-factor authentication on every account that enables it. We are not currently certified under SOC 2 or any equivalent audit scheme; if you need a security review before purchasing, contact us at privacy@leadtrustify.com and we will share what we can about our controls.
5. Data Retention

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
10. Individuals Whose Records Are Verified
Most of this policy concerns you as an account holder. This section concerns the business professionals whose contact records our customers upload for verification. If you have received outreach from one of our customers and want to know how your information was handled, this section is for you.
- The record originates with our customer, who uploads it. We do not build or sell a contact database, and we do not license personal data to third parties.
- To check whether that record is accurate, we retrieve publicly visible professional information, such as a LinkedIn profile and company page, through a third-party data collection provider.
- We process only business and professional details: name, job title, employer, work email, business phone, and company information. We do not seek out special category data, and the service is not intended for consumer or personal profiling.
- The result is a verification verdict returned to the customer who uploaded the record. Raw uploaded files are deleted within 30 days of processing completion, as described in section 5.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to its processing, by emailing privacy@leadtrustify.com. Tell us the email address or company that the outreach referenced so we can locate the record. We will also pass the request to the customer who uploaded it where that is relevant, and you retain the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
