Three products. One verified pipeline.
Lead Trustify is a connected system, not three disconnected tools. A Gate Service and 11-stage AI pipeline qualify every lead, a built-in WebRTC dialer lets you call the moment one clears, and a Research Agent is in development to auto-build dossiers before you pick up the phone.
Lead Verification Engine
A rule-based gate stops bad leads before they cost you a credit. The survivors run through an 11-stage AI pipeline that treats LinkedIn as the source of truth.
Stage 01 · Gate Service
Suppression
Exact email/phone match, root-domain match, and fuzzy company-name match (85% threshold) against your suppression list.
TAL / ABM
Allowlist matching against your target account list: fuzzy company match (80%) and domain-root match auto-route priority accounts.
Specs / ICP
Leads are checked against your locked ideal-customer-profile filters before any AI verification runs on them.
Stages 02–10 · 11-stage AI verification
Validate
Pre-validation
Deterministic checks on every mandatory field: name, company, email, domain, phone, title, and 10 more.
Email format
Structural and deliverability-pattern verification before any external lookup is spent.
Enrich
Company scrape
Live LinkedIn and company-website data pulled via Apify: industry, size, revenue bracket.
Prospect scrape
LinkedIn profile data pulled for the individual contact: current role, tenure, location.
Cross-check
Company fit
AI validator scores industry, headcount, and revenue against your ICP.
Contact accuracy
AI cross-references phone digit patterns and address against company HQ.
Profile & employment
AI flags "Former" vs. "Current" roles and validates job title against seniority maps.
Tenure & activity
Optional: only runs when you've set tenure filters, checking time-in-role.
Finalize
Consistency check
Deterministic pass that flags contradictions the AI stages surfaced, e.g. "Former" tag vs. a "Current" CSV field.
DB write & credit deduct
Verdict, gate snapshot, and enrichment data are committed; credits are deducted only for leads actually dispatched.
Stage 11 · Data integrity
SHA-256 deduplication
Every lead is hashed on upload so the same contact never gets billed or processed twice in a batch.
Per-job snapshotting
Specs, TAL, and suppression lists are frozen at upload time, so concurrent uploads never interfere with each other's rules.
Pay only on dispatch
Credits are deducted only for leads that actually clear the gate and get sent into verification.
New · Email Deliverability Score
Every verified lead also gets a 0–100 email deliverability score with a deliverable / risky / undeliverable verdict. Score-only: it informs your campaign list but never rejects a lead.
MX & DNS records
Confirms the domain actually accepts mail: MX and DNS records are resolved live, with an optional SMTP mailbox probe.
SPF / DMARC authentication
Checks the domain's SPF and DMARC policies, the signals inbox providers use to decide whether your email lands or bounces.
Disposable & role accounts
Flags throwaway-domain addresses and role inboxes like info@ or sales@ that hurt engagement and sender reputation.
0–100 score + verdict
Every verified lead gets a deliverability score and a verdict: deliverable, risky, or undeliverable. Informational only; it never rejects a lead.
Dialer

Frequently asked questions.
What is the Lead Verification Engine?
The Lead Verification Engine is Lead Trustify's core product, a rule-based gate combined with an 11-stage AI pipeline that validates B2B contacts. The gate filters leads against suppression lists, Target Account Lists (TAL/ABM), and your Ideal Customer Profile before any AI credit is spent. Leads that pass are verified across 11 stages: LinkedIn scraping, employment verification, email and phone validation, and AI cross-checking for contradictions. Each lead exits with a status of valid, invalid, risky, or disqualified.
What is the Calling Dialer and how does it work?
The Calling Dialer is a WebRTC power dialer built directly into the Lead Trustify dashboard. Once a lead is verified by the Lead Verification Engine, sales reps can call it from the same dashboard, with no third-party softphone or exported lists required. The dialer supports voicemail drop, call history, virtual number management, and is powered by Telnyx for PSTN connectivity.
What is the Research Agent?
The Research Agent is Lead Trustify's upcoming third product: an AI agent that automatically builds firmographic and contact dossiers on verified leads before a call connects. Instead of reps manually researching accounts before dialing, the Research Agent prepares a full prospect profile including company background, funding status, and role context.
What is a suppression list and why does it matter?
A suppression list is a database of contacts you should never reach: opt-outs, existing customers, competitors, or legally restricted contacts. Lead Trustify's gate checks every uploaded lead against your suppression list first, before any other processing. Leads that match are disqualified immediately at zero credit cost, protecting both your sender reputation and legal compliance.
What is TAL/ABM matching in B2B sales?
TAL (Target Account List) and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) matching is the process of comparing uploaded leads against a defined list of target companies and contacts. In Lead Trustify, the gate's TAL/ABM check automatically approves leads that match your target accounts and flags or disqualifies those that don't, so your verification credits are spent only on the accounts you actually want to reach.
How does ICP matching improve lead quality?
ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) matching filters leads by the characteristics that define your best customers: seniority level, job function, industry, company size, and geographic market. Lead Trustify's gate applies your ICP specs to every uploaded lead before verification. Contacts that don't fit your ICP are disqualified before any AI verification runs, so the pipeline only processes leads with genuine conversion potential.
