What are lead verification credits?
Credits are the unit of consumption in Lead Trustify. Credits are deducted when you upload, for every valid row in your file. The gate (suppression list, TAL/ABM mismatch, or ICP mismatch) then runs before the AI pipeline, so a disqualified lead never triggers a scrape or an AI stage, but its credit has already been charged. Unused credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I try Lead Trustify for free?
Yes. New accounts receive 100 free credits with no credit card required. You can upload a small batch of leads and see the verification results, including gate decisions, AI verdicts, and the qualified leads ready for calling, before committing to a paid plan.
What happens if I run out of credits?
When your credit balance reaches zero, new upload jobs will not be dispatched to the AI verification pipeline. Your account, data, and previous job results remain accessible. You can purchase additional credits at any time to resume processing.
Is there an enterprise plan with custom pricing?

Do unused credits roll over?
Credits roll over between purchases and there is no monthly credit reset: your balance carries forward until you use it. Unused credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
